Hilda has been and is amazing with us. She's been answering all our emails, texts and calls without any delay (even at midnight). She has been (and still is) incredibly patient with all our questions and concerns. She encouraged us when we were desolated after losing a bid to a property and she's given us her honest opinion when a property was not the best option for us. We visited around 30 properties with her and she never made a face, any complain or showed any sign of annoyance. She's done all and beyond what you expect from a realtor.
